點解要行ISO呢??
公司因為要行ISO，所以好多文件，好多report，狗屎垃圾都report一餐，report俾全世界，為乜呢??
但，我知道公司係冇行緊ISO架喎!!
咁，點解呢??
有同事話，公司曾經洗左好多錢行ISO，但行左一陣就冇再行喇!!
行左一陣就冇行??行ISO定行街呢??
公司研究寫字樓安裝高清電視，我既計劃係預計有一半單位會安裝，但根據過往經驗，寫字樓係唔會有太多單位會安裝電視，一半已經有多，有幾多人會在寫字樓睇電視呢?? 但同事話我錯哂，差不多所有單位都要求裝電視接收，點解呢??原來呢度好多人放左工會住o係寫字樓!!...
計GFA(Gross Floor Area)租俾客，發覺好多數，好多圖都係錯既，佢地連對GFA同lettable area既概念都有問題，佢地話佢地既計法只適用於旺角…聽都未聽過有D咁既事!! 聽佢講左半個鐘都唔知佢講乜，唔知佢自己知唔知呢??叫我計番哂D數執番哂D圖，都冇問題，但連AutoCAD都冇，唔通用手畫??唔係!! 係用「小畫家」!!三日時間，唔好玩我喇!!
成三十年樓，好多野唔得或者冇做，
漏水既水喉，收貨，跟著我執手尾!!

判頭做得慢做得唔好做錯，可以warn，但唔可以換判頭，唔可以唔收貨，唔可以唔俾錢!!
我黎到立即推哂D問題俾我!!我似做替死鬼多個做野。

What the difference ???
Gross Floor Area vs Lettable area ???
Gross Floor Area for a unit included those public corridor, switch room,...etc...!!!
Lettable area is (to my understanding), the net useable area in the unit your rent!
In this company,..GFA is the same meaning as my understanding,..but lettable area is not the net area.
Her meaning is...
Net area is the net useable area in your unit.
Lettable area is greater than net area,..but not related to GFA!! It's net area times a factor which is greater than 1,..that is,..Lettable area is greater than lettable area...
But,..what is the factor? She said:"It's no rule to say what is the factor,...may be as you like...!!"
Sorry ,..should be lettable area greater than net area!
