Scope of Work = 工作範圍

我出左個e-mail代表使用者叫人site visit報價, 引用左使用者的scope of work, 如下:
Scope of Work:
1. Remove the air-conditioners in Unit X and reinstall them in Unit Y (including electricity supply)
2. Remove the shelf racking in Unit x and reinstall them in Unit Y
3. Remove the wall mounted fans in Unit x and reinstall them in Unit Y (including electricity supply)
我覺得作為Scope,都算清楚, 但收到皇家判的technical manager的e-mail, 如下:
According to our previous numbers tele-conversation and e-mail regarding the method for seeking the quotations. You are requested to provide the detail scope of work by written for us/other contractors to calculate the quotation instead of only provide the heading of work. We are waiting for your further information for our further actions.
