Despite my repeated reminders, XX department has been being liable for outstanding invoice processing of work done and even outstanding Works Orders issuance for work completed covering period of 0.5 – 2 years. Job Holders, especially those have been frequently being chased for backlog clearance, are hereby formally reminded to settle the outstanding as soon. Otherwise, in the absence of reasonable explanation, disciplinary actions including warning will be issued to respective staff accordingly.
Please respect the seriousness of the above-mentioned issue since we indeed have been ruining out credit in front of our working partners.
