I will request the worker to find (either buy or a old replacement) for the damaged tools either at his own cost (but if this is the case, that means his company won't pay for it, I will report the issue to our senior to fxxk his company out from the working list)or at his company cost.
The reason is the worker has the responsibility for the tools that he borrows. If the tool is easily damaged, he should bring his own one. Once he takes the risk of borrowing, he has to pay for the cost.
The result is, I request the contractor company to compensate the price for a new one, or they fix it for me, if they can. I don't care if the contractor company pay me or the worker !! I lend the tools to u, and u should have the responsiblity to use it the right way and handle with care. That's what I think. The result is, I reported the case, my senior agree with me. But, the fxxking senior of my senior rejected, and his reasons,..I already listed!! And, finally, my company,..or I responsible for the whole charges of replacement.
One day, if a guy raped a gal, ..as he hadn't do that before, so he should be no gulity!
As the gal is not new born,..even if she is being raped,..the gulity should be reduced, as least by half!
As I let the guy to enter my house to work..and there is a gal inside my house, so if the gal is being raped, then I should be gulity as well becaues I let the guy to come!
As the guy has a old father and once he is gulity..no one take care of his father...so he should not be guilty! How can he afford to be gulity!?

我覺得應該借出者同使用者一人一半.
唔係新舊問題, 係要搵錢買番件工具.
如果係佢自己係佢公司攞上黎而又搞壞, 我覺得佢公司就唔應該要佢賠.

借出者原意係借俾佢用,用壞/爛當然唔洗佢賠!但佢係跌爛左件工具!! 不正當情況下爛左,將件野o係十幾樓跌左落街,咁又點呢??
Say,如果你問借隻杯黎飲水,當我借左隻杯俾你之後,你用隻杯黎當鎚用去蓋釘,將隻杯整爛左,咁我使唔使佢賠呢??一人一半?
我覺得一人一半嘅理由是因為借出, 不是因何事而損壞.
